(More customer reviews)I honestly enjoyed the story. Sierra Rose took this story and made it work.
I didn't even know that I would like an action novel but this book sure proved that I did.
Sierra took us on a ride with Cassidy and Ethan that is sure to be remembered long after it is read. Cassidy and her fiery personality made you like her a lot. You laughed at the idea of such a little woman giving such big orders. You honor her for her courage. You feel compassion for her during the abuse and pain. You blush when she realizes true love.
Ethan is just the right one to show her. He is gentle but real.
While reading this book I could literally see it playing on the big screen.
There was a little editing that needed to be done, but not enough to take away from the story line. The story rocked!

Merchants Of Terror Review

(More customer reviews)This story opens with Jack Dyson foiling an airline hijacking over Russia after which you are parachuted to the Ukraine. You land in the midst of a huge arms theft destined for detonation somewhere off the eastern shores of the U.S. This is great techno-thriller and I thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend it to anyone. Jack Dyson is a likable hero whose actions speak louder than words. The novel has a complex and intelligent plot with just enough technical detail to satisfy the technocrats, but not detract from the story. There's a depth to this story that could give many mainstream conspiracy novels a run for their money. Well researched and it reminded me of Tom Clancy, but it's faster paced and I liked the sprinkling of humor used to release some of the tension. I can't wait for the second installment of this trilogy.

Mission Critical: A Cold War Novel Review

(More customer reviews)Mission Critical is a well written, attention grabbing from the first page book, with fast paced action. The technical verbage, acronyms, and chains of command are obviously well known by the author, and it would not surprise me to know the author knows a person who actually possesses a real Legion of Merit Medal. My highest regards go to this author, and the military personnel who really live these lives and never have the public accolades they so deserve. Our Nation has its freedoms because of men like this. I highly recommend this book. Was well worth my time.

Green Team: Rogue Warrior Review

(More customer reviews)The weirdest thing about this book is that the beginning is so true-to-life. The book was written several years ago, but the story is very much in sync with what is going on in the world today. This is my fifth Marcinko book and it's one of his best. It's his second fiction work, a follow up to Rouge Warrior: Red Cell, which is the main reason I didn't give it five stars. The action scenes in Green Team are much more exciting than Red Cell, but the plot just doesn't stand up to the latter. It develops at a break neck speed, but its quality fluctuates right up to the end. First time Marcinko readers will probably get hooked, just like I did with Rogue Warrior: Task Force Blue, only to be more pleased with the discovery of his first and second books. Marcinko's crossing of the thin line between reality and fiction might annoy some readers who are not used to his style, but I think it's a very original welcomed breather from the "2+2=4" formulas of other action books. Marcinko is not the writer Tom Clancy is, but then again, Tom Clancy is not the warrior Marcinko is.
